In this continuation of Daheim's beloved series, harried hostess Judith and her irrepressible Cousin Renie find themselves in Little Bavaria, where the inconvenient discovery of a corpse threatens to put the kibosh on the local Oktoberfest.
A Seattle native, Daheim was a journalist after she graduated from the University of Washington, and later worked in public relations. But her desire to tell stories that "could be put between covers" lead her to strike out, and she has over 50 books out today.
