Alice and Dave Shorett

Alice and Dave Shorett are co-authors of Walks on Bainbridge, a book of scenic trails and nature hikes on the island. Alice is also the author of Soul of the City: the Pike Place Public Market, reissued in 2018. Dave Shorett has lived and fished in Washington all his life. He is authored the Olympic Mountains Fishing Guide in 1996, followed by guides for other regions of the Northwest: Mt. Rainier & South Cascades Fishing Guide (1998); Washington's Central Cascades Fishing Guide (2001); and Grand Teton Fishing Guide (2004).
