About the Authors
Andrew Knapp is a designer, photographer, and tireless traveler from Canada. Along with his commercial photography and design work, he’s filmed a TEDx Talk, worked for brands such as Target, Starbucks, Canon, Sony, and Volvo, and cofounded Up Here Festival in Sudbury, Ontario. His Instagram feed featuring photographs of his border collie Momo is an internet sensation with 630,000 followers and counting.

Kitsap Humane Society is a leader among the region’s nonprofit animal welfare organizations, serving more than 7,000 animals a year with a 96 percent lifesaving rate. The Silverdale-based nonprofit rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes pets in need and provides low-cost spay/neuter surgeries, microchips and vaccinations to pets in low-income families. Kitsap Humane Society has embarked on a capital campaign to build a new animal shelter, and construction is underway on our new Pet Adoption Center, adjacent to the current shelter. So far, major donors have raised $5.5 million toward our $7.5 million goal!
